Arrived quickly, well packaged, and great value for money. Read alot of the reviews before I purchased this product. I like the fact that it has vitamin C repair serum. Its a 100% natural vegan anti-aging serum. It also reduces age spots. So it's aimed for the more mature skin. Plus it's made in the UK, which is a bonus. Its lovely to use a little goes a long way. It's very smooth and non greasy and feels luxurious on the skin.

I actually received a smaller sample of the Vitamin C serum previously, and liked the product, and have since purchased two full-sized bottles here. While it can represent better value when on sale, the product itself is quite expensive. I apply in the morning on clean skin, and the product goes on well. It smells nice and my skin doesn’t react. Have I noticed a big difference? It leaves the skin nicely moisturised but I haven’t noticed any longer impact after a few months of use. I typically top it up with a Vitamin C SPF cream and that provides more of a glow. I’ve tried a number of Vitamin C serums across well-known brands - This is good, but I do think there are better options available.

I use this alongside an existing cleansing, toning and moisturising routine, but it fits in easily. Absorbent and not at all sticky. I'm normally really sceptical about changing up my routine as my skin can be so sensitive, but no negative reactions at all. In-fact after three weeks of constant use there is very noticeable results, my skin pigmentation already looks 10 x better and my skin generally looks clearer and healthier, best it's ever looked and I'm so much more confident. I would definitely recommend for anyone who has hyperpigmentation, but also because the texture is so creamy it's really worked well for additional moisture.

I like this brand and have used their other products but this one is awful as the smell is overpowering. There’s no option to return so I’ve just wasted £30.

I love this product! A friend introduced me to it & I'm hooked now! My skin feels great, looks brighter & it really seems to have helped the pigmentation marks on my cheeks. As someone in the 40+ bracket this is perfect for my skin - couldn't be without it now!

This is a nice serum to use for a morning skincare routine. It has a light, fresh orange smell but not overpowering at all. The texture is fairly rich but still light enough to be absorbed quickly. I like this serum and will buy it again for sure.

I haven’t used the cream enough to tell if it’s good yet but the smell is v off putting . I don’t know if it should smell plasticy or if it’s gone off

I've been waiting to write a review in order to be able to see the effect on my skin. I have been using the serum everyday for the past month and I have noticed so much improvement!!! The little scars from acne are slowly disappearing and overall my skin looks sooooo much better! I have less pimples since I've been using it. I'm now purchasing the second bottle because I want the scars to go away completely. The scent doesn't bother me at all, I find it refreshing. Super recommended

I ordered this with the Balance Me Eye Wonder Cream which I absolutely love. Thought I would try the Vitamin C Serum and return it if I wasn't happy with it. I was originally was put off by the smell and texture but I decided to try it out. To my surprise, this stuff has been amazing! My skin tone has rapidly improved and it's glowing from the inside out! My fine lines have drastically improved after using it every day for almost two weeks and my skin is incredibly soft and supple. I love it so much I ordered the vitamin c under eye serum. I will definitely be keeping this in my daily skincare routine.

My skin tends to react well, and get the most benefit from, Vitamin C based formulas. I hadn't tried this one before, and I have to admit the scent put me off at first as I was expecting citrus. Everyone interprets smells differently; I'm hyper-sensitive to scents and have trouble with manufactured smells. What I got was what you might smell in a lemon/orange candle - the kind you use to keep mosquitos away. It wasn't horrific, but it wasn't something I'd volunteer stick my nose in. I wasn't surprised to see "Citronell" in the ingredients. I found the serum - which was more viscous, like a cream - to feel wonderful. It felt great on my skin, absorbed quickly with minimal stickiness (my least favorite thing about any skincare ritual), and felt my skin tightening almost immediately. I love that you put it on, put on spf, and you're set. And did I say it felt great? What I don't like: "cruelty free" with no accredited program emblems. "Recyclable" bottle but no emblem supporting that for U.S. or other Non-UK location. And the approaching Mt Everest, department/boutique level pricing, although I get that everything in the UK is pricey. For reference, I have very dry sensitive skin. I have tried this serum a few times as an addition to my morning skincare routine. I am happy with how this product performs. The pump packaging makes it very easy to dispense just the right amount. This serum has a very light texture and absorbs very quickly with no greasy feeling. It has a subtle scent that smells natural and is inoffensive. This serum leaves my skin feeling very plump and nourished. It has also helped to improve the evenness of my complexion. I'm really happy with this Vitamin C Repair Serum from Balance Me and will continue to keep it as part of my skincare routine.
