I use this on killfloor to score and skin beef, makes light work of those shanks. Keeps an edge all day. Need about 10 more of em for my crew.

Used it to butcher my deer this season.
Comfortable handle. Good blade. If you have ever butchered meet, you know that you are going to have to sharpen your knife regularly as you go. I have never seen a knife that would stay sharp through butchering a quarter more or less an entire deer. This knife hold its edge about as well as any I have used and is pretty easy to sharpen. I gave it four stars rather than five because it does not hold an edge significantly longer than other knives I have used. If I ever find a knife of this type that holds an edge significantly longer, it will get 5 stars.

Very sharp, but no sheath.
Unfortunately no sheath is included, but what a sharp edge! Very nice skinner. It will come in handy this deer season.

Gift for a real hunter, good, not great.
Good shape, good edge, steep price for steel that tarnishes quickly. Gave as a gift and already seen a couple weeks of use. Showing a good amount of color tarnishing, but holding a good edge for its need.
