Bedside Reading Light with Knob Switch Flexible Gooseneck LED Bed Lamp Headboard Wall

This lamp worked for one night then started flickering and no longer worked. The 2 cord set up, I don't see why that was necessary. I didn't plan on securing it permanently to anything and without doing so it doesn't stand up on its own. Brightness was good, but ease of installation poor.

I chose this particular lamp because of the way it is mounted, I was not disappointed. My bed frame is too expensive to put screw holes in the front or sides, this allowed me to screw it in the back and still have great access to it. It’s flexability is great. There is only one improvement I could suggest, make the light beam adjustable. Make a sliding cover over the end that allows you to narrow or widen the light beam. It helps to reduce the amount of light your spouse receives on their side of the bed.

This is a good quality light but the bulb is about 3 times brighter than it needs to be and the beam is way too wide. My wife and I were hoping to get bedside reading lights that would not disturb the other. I thought the gooseneck flexibility of this light would allow precision aiming but it matters little when the beam is so wide and bright. I tried using an external dimmer but the LED is non-dimmable and just flashes like a strobe light. We're going to try to decrease the brightness by taping some film negatives or some other tinting material over the bulbs. It's a shame that such a nice and relatively expensive light doesnt offer a dimming feature and was not thoughtfully designed with bedside reading in mind.

I ordered two of these lights and I love them. I used one in a hotel and knew I needed one. I’ve been looking for one for five months. Every one I found was $139.00. I was so proud to find these for less than $30.00 each. I attached mine to my bed and it is great! Thank you

Super bright, easy to install. Wiring / connector / plug has very cheap feel. Stopped working after 10 min while reading my daughter a book. No evidence of any damage, just stopped working. The one I got was junk. Missed the return window, left seller feedback with no response. Instead of a bed side light, now it resides in the bed side garbage can. Life goes on.....

The lights were easy to install and a nice bright light. Perfect for reading in bed without bothering the other person.

This light works great it is really bright but easy to install I will probably buy one form my side of the bed now.

I really like my reading lamp and am considering a couple more for the guest rooms. It was a good buy!Jack
