Helps me sleep very well. In fact, too well. I sleep up to 10 hours if I could. But it’s better than having insomnia. It’s a tablet so it’s hard but I’m going to try taking half the tablet from tomorrow and see if it helps reduce the efficiency

Won't be buying again as the percentage of magnesium is Oxide which is the worst magnesium for the body as it is poorly absorbed and easily cloggs the body. It also has too many toxic binders and fillers. This is company is clearly not a company that cares about its customer's health other than making money out of them. 250 mg of Oxide, 50 mg of Bisglycinate, 50 mg of Phosphate Pentahydrate, 25 mg Citrate total of 375 magnesium.

I decided to try supplementary magnesium to combat the theoretical side effect of omeprazole on magnesium and the possibility of cardiac arrhythmias if level reduced. It seems to have worked. Since taking them (as well as Omeprazole which is essential for me), I have not experienced as many ectopic beats or episodes of tachycardia that I had been experiencing prior to commencement of taking this supplement. There is no other reason I can think of at the moment. I will continue to take it. It is easy, but I wish the tablets were smaller. They have no flavour, the packaging is excellent and I have no criticism.
