ASICS Women's Gel-Excite 6 Running Shoes

So glad I found this shoe. It is SO comfortable. I had purchased another pair last year for working out in the gym. I like to keep my white gym shoes clean and separate from my other ones. So I decided to buy another pair, these ones in grey and coral. This way the dirt won't show as much. The cushion comfort is great! Since Covid19 affected the gym, I stopped my gym membership and have been walking in my neighborhood. Can't say enough about these ASICS Excite shoes. They stand up to every day wear and support my high arch foot. Even though my feet are narrow I ordered the 7.5 Wide just in case. Because your feet can swell and I wanted room. They fit great. I had also ordered the ASICS Kumo to compare but they were too hard. I returned those. I have two pair of different colored Excite shoes to last me a few years now.

I LOVE THIS SHOE! I read several reviews on a few different shoes and decided on this one based on reviews and I'm so glad I did! The fit was perfect! I have a wide foot even though I don't wear a wide shoe, and this fit with good support while not being too tight. Right out of the box I went on a 3 mile walk and they felt like I'd always had them. Very lightweight and cushiony without being too soft (I recently bought a different walking shoe that is too soft for walking, better for standing), and supportive enough for my HIT workouts and my light jogging when the dog is too energetic. The lightweight, breathable material is perfect for the heat of Florida and my frequent use, especially as I have a tendency towards athlete's foot. I've worn them every day since, for all different types of workouts and they are just fabulous, and "sharp" looking as my fiance said! Can't say enough good things about this shoe!

Asics are always my go-to sneaker for any activity from running to gym training or just walking around. I bought this pair to wear for the duration of pregnancy since I walk a lot and any old shoe wasn't going to cut it. They're super comfortable and supportive. I have fairly average feet as far as arch and shape, and these fit really well. I've had the same pair before for running and they're great. Good all around athletic shoe and the price is great for the quality! Get them of you're on the fence between the different asics styles, they're not ultra fancy running shoes but they're great for the average runner!

Pros:- inexpensive compared to the $100+ prices for high-end sneakers that might only offer slightly better performance for what I need: comfortable walking shoes- my actual reason is that most high-end shoes have a high ankle - sides and/or back - which causes a lot of friction and bleeding. ASICS was recommended by other customers with similar ankle issues. It's still a bit high, but replacing the top foam layer with my own Dr Scholls insole does the trick.Cons: upper materials appear to be of poor quality. Tho once again, this was also the case with the 'better' brands I've bought. But I can live with that for the price - basically, sneakers are a bit like fast fashion, tho some quality is required for comfort, but they all have a short life.

I am a big fan of Asics running shoes and some fit tighter in the toebox and arch than others but these shoes are so comfortable. Because some shoes are naturally narrow, I purchased a wide for the first time and so glad I did. Plenty of room for my feet and even room if I wear them all day and my feet swell a bit. I could've sized down a half size because of the wide fit but they fit well and even room down the road to insert an insole if needed. The light blue color is really nice and they look great on. Best of all, I can walk all day in them and no rubbing, just plenty of comfort.

This athletic shoe met my expectations in every way: I ordered a 9 1/2, my regular size. Fit was true to size, with a good finger width between toe and end of shoe. I specifically ordered this style as the 3000 style had too much arch support. This shoe gives greater than moderate support, but not so much that my arch is sore at the end of an active day. The width is exact, with no rubbing on either side. I spent an 8 hour day in these puppies with little or no time off my feet and they did the job--my feet were supported, cushioned and comfortable. As a bonus, they are very sharp looking with the colored flares over the white background. And they clean up great! Soooo happy!

These sneakers were purchased solely for running. I normally do NOT like to purchase sneakers online, however, I desperately needed a new pair of running sneakers and could not afford my usual go to brand. I decided to look at Asics and another brand and still could not decide. Then I got one of those emails that knew I was looking at them and they were on sale. So I ordered them.As someone that has been running for too long (twenty years) I am really impressed with the perfect fit, no discomfort at all when I tried them for the first time and they really feel like I am floating. I feel no impact at all when I run with them.I used to train a client and she loved them. But I still resisted leaving my favorite go to brand. Truly wished I had tried them before.

I use this shoe for walking and running, and it looks great for casual wear as well. There is little to no arch support, but that's fine, as I can always fit in an arch support or orthotic if I want to. The size runs true for an athletic shoe, however I like to buy a half size up for maximin comfort. Great shoe for the price, and looks descent. I have it in two colors. I would not recommend the gray--I like the black better. The darker color does not show any folding of the material near the toe, and the lighter color does, because the shoe upper is a lightweight breathable fabric for air to circulate, so it sort of folds in the toe area.
