Perfect Pullman
Following a recent trip to Japan I became obsessed with a particular, fluffy, white bread they use there to make sandwiches (sando). Upon returning home I launched into breead making for the first time. What a journey it has been but so rewarding and the breakthrough came with the purchase of this pullman loaf pan. It helps me produce a perfect replica of the bread I experienced in Japan. Recommended.

Waste of money.
The measurements aren't accurate. Maybe I'm spoiled by USA pans but this pan is very poor quality. The inside is sprayed with black paint, not Aluminized as is the case with USA pans. The bottom is only 4 inches wide. It's not worth the price. I will return it.

Works great for Shokupan
I use this pan to make Japanese style sandwich bread (Shokupan) on a weekly basis and the pan works perfectly for the task.

A bigger loaf is not always better...
I really wanted a larger list than my 9" gives, but in the end the 9" works better, even when I adjust the receipe. Also, really too big for my Bellville oven

Odd size
Bakes a nice loaf of bread, non-stick works great - easy cleanup... but it is kind of an odd size...

Good quality for my money.
Poor quality. Appears to be used, has several scratches all around the pan.

Defective and Used with bad quality
I got this because I need a loaf pan to bake my bread. Upon receiving it, I can tell it was being used and already damaged during transportation. It has a uneven coating inside and corners are either chipped, scratched or rusted. Really scary. I think it still can perform the work but considering I may bake some toxic elements into my bread, I returned it afterward. Really bad product.
