This could be the Memory you are looking for...
Pros:Low voltage (1.35v VS 1.5v)Low profile (Only as tall as the RAM latching mechanism)Very good latency ratingsWhen using a motherboard with UEFI, it picked up the RAM timings perfectly.Cons:Honestly none to speak of.Other Thoughts:This line of RAM is excellent in keeping temperatures and energy usage down in your system, yet it is very fast. These things are so low-profile that they clear even the biggest heatsinks on tight boards which are very close to or over the RAM slots. Obviously you'll want to put the RAM in before you cover them up with some mega heatsink.I have all 4 Dimm Slots populated with these memory sticks in an AsRock Z87 Fatal1ty Professional motherboard with UEFI, and the motherboard picked these up right away and ran with it. I did overclock them for a bit just to see, but put it back to stock because there really wasn't a need to keep them there... I did not experience any instability even when running 1.65v through these sticks. Rock solid and they dissipate the heat very well, especially for their size.Because it is low voltage, it is also compatible with some OEM equipment where you can't adjust the voltages to allow for 1.65 volt RAM or sometimes even 1.5 volt RAM.Rock solid stability, excellent brand reputation, flawless design, Competitive pricing... You can't ask for much more than that!BTW, I got 2 single dimm sticks and this dual channel pack and filled my MOBO up to 32GB ram, they play very nice together, you would think it was bought as a quad channel kit...Capacity is 16GB (2 x 8GB)Speed is DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)Cas Latency is 9Timing is 9-9-9-24Voltage is 1.35VIt is Non-ECCIt is Dual Channel KitIt uses Aluminum heat spreadersI would absolutely recommend this RAM to anyone who can use it whether it is in a full size rig with plenty of room or in the smallest form factor htpc...Just my thoughts,MGCurrent setup:Silverstone Grandia GD08 CaseAsRock Fatal1ty Professional Z87 MoboIntel Haswell i7-4770K CPUEVGA GeForce 650-Ti SSC Edition Video Card256GB Samsung 840 Pro SSD4 WD Red 3TB Storage DrivesLG Bluray32GB Corsair Ballistics Sport Low Profile DDR3 RamCorsair AX760i PSU

So far, so good
I have an Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 motherboard with AMD FX-8350 processor. The first RAM I purchased (by a different manufacturer) did not work properly no matter what I tried. It would fail memetest86+ every time, computer would fail to POST, etc. I tried every combination of weird timings and voltages that everyone suggested but no luck. It just was not going to work.Fed up with that, returned the bad RAM, I decided to try Crucial RAM instead. I got it on sale for a great price, but what really attracted me to it was the very low voltage and that it is made in the USA. The fact that it is very low profile was a bonus. It is so low-profile it is barely as tall as the clips that hold it onto the motherboard! The previous RAM plus head spreaders were more than twice as tall as these.I put all 4 sticks in my motherboard, reset all BIOS settings to default, set it to D.O.C.P. mode and chose the XMP profile, voila. Everything just worked perfectly on the very first try with no manual tweaking at all. The full 32GB set runs at the advertised speeds and voltage, I didn't have to under-clock it or feed it extra voltage like many other brands require when using 4 sticks. I left memtest86+ 4.20 go overnight and I was a happy person when I woke up in the morning and saw no errors at all. For good measure I let it run several hours in memtest86+ 5.00rc1as well which does some new and different tests (and multi-core tests), and it also passed 100%.32GB of RAM is amazing, I can give my virtual machines 8GB of RAM each and still have plenty left over for everything else. I can store an entire 25GB Blu-Ray disc image on a RAM drive. This kit BLS4C8G3D1609ES2LX0 appears to be exactly the same as BLS4K8G3D1609ES2LX0 which is how some other retailers (and crucial's website) have it listed. So, thumbs up. I have zero complaints about this product so far. Hopefully it will last me many years.

Only Crucial for me
I needed to build a new Photoshop computer for our studio. I already have a Mac and my wife likes her PC's so I looked for a per-buildt system (nothing I liked for my price range under $2000). So with that I started to config a system would would last at least 5 years. I started with new-egg and checked motherboards and reviews. After a few days reading so many negative reviews on almost everything I used Amazons system and found the same motherboards and components cheaper with much more in depth reviews not just "this board sucks". Price was also the same if not cheaper on Amazon and much quicker shipping as I use Prime (at least for this year :-) also I have found return to be very smooth on all my Amazon purchases so I bought all my components on Amazon except the video card (as it was not in stock). In total I spent $1200 for everything however after putting the system together and benchmarking it I am very pleased 2 SSD, 1 6GB SATA for master and one 3GB SATA scratch 2 HDD one 6GB SATA Black WD for programs and another 3GB SATA for scratch and backup. Photoshop runs like there a dream and this motherboard works as promised. I installed the CPU outside of the case on a static mat as you can bend the pins very easily so do it outside then install the motherboard in the case. I maxed out the RAM with Crucial 32GB spent more on ram but if you get cheap ram more than likely you will have issue over time not worth the hassle fora few bucks. As I get older I dont like messing with computers so I now spend a bit more and do it right the first time.

Works fine. Installed its just as tall as the retention clips on the ram slots so clearance with cpu cooler is not an issue. Voltage options in the bios of the AM1H-ITX I installed it in were a little off so I chose the slightly undervolted (1.27V I beleive) option and its working fine now. Only thing I can list as negative is the green PCB that might be a deal breaker if you're a sucker for aesthetics
