I take one in the morning two at night helps with sleep , helps me to keep calm during the day. Also helps keeping me regular for my bathroom duties.

I have been using other brands of magnesium because I know it is needed for "more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body" This is the line that you always read when you search online for 'The Benefits of Magnesium" but some of them can really set your off with different side effects. Magnesium needs to be taken based on your specific needs and not all types of Mag will solve all your issues. After doing an extensive research and doing a comparison chart in Excel it showed that I would benefit the most from Magnesium Malate, Citrate, and Glysinate. Being in a chelated form is a big plus. My experience? the first night I fell asleep fast, slept like a baby, and I was very calm throughout the day without stress or anxiety. So far it has been very gentle on my GI system. I was looking for something to help with constipation without being overwhelming, and this seems to be working perfectly. I think I found the right one!

It was time to replace my magnesium. Since I wasn’t seeing any health improvements on the brand(s) I had been taking I decided to research the types of magnesium. There are many types of magnesium. Most over the counter only contain one type. On to Amazon where I found Zeal Premium Chelated Magnesium Mag Relief! I have only been on it 1week thus the 4 stars. I rarely sleep but with Zeal I am beginning to get back some sleep. I had constant deep painful leg cramps - I have not had one cramp. I have venous insufficiency, varicose veins, swelling and restless leg syndrome. I firmly believe all this will improve with continued use of this product. I was beginning to have anxiety, difficulty breathing & heart palpitations. These are also improving. And this is the first supplement/medication I have ever taken that did NOT aggravate my GERD/indigestion. That alone is worth taking this product. I am going to keep taking this product.
