Does what it should do
Excellent product, cleans jewellery. I needed it to clean my engagement ring because the stones and metal were showing some dust and wear. After cleaning it the stones were as shiny as they were when the ring was new and the medal showed no signs of wear.

Good product but you need to follow the instructions exactly
I bought the jewelry cleaner to clean my gold (like), silver and bronze. I tried to mix them together and it didn't clean at all. Well, once I read the instructions, it actually said to clean separately the silver, gold, etc. Once I did that, it actually works really well.I just wish that the tray had smaller netting, so smaller earrings would not fall in the solution.

Busted Product
Opened my package and my product was busted. leaked all over the inside of the package and all over my polishing rag I purchased. Not happy.
