I really like this waist trainer because I is tightening yet comfortable. I were this waist trainer when I’m at work and I truly love that because of the zipper feature the clips do not show through. I originally order one of these waist trainers in June but fortunately it needed to size down. I decided to come straight back to this brand to order that next size down.

I was skeptical to buy this, I bought the size recommended on the sizing chart. I’ve only had it for 3 days, day 1 I could only clip on the first set of clips and was very difficult to zip! By day 3 I am on the 3rd set of hooks and zipping was MUCH easier. Will probably size down in a week or two. My only complaint is I have a high set behind (big booty problems!) so there is some bending to the ribbing in the back which causes mild discomfort. I work from home and am able to wear this for 8-12 hours a day with no problems.

This item is a very good value for all the work that went into it at such a low price. However, it's REALLY BIG! The size the seller recommended by using their chart was 2x larger than what I normally wear. After reading the reviewer comments about it running large, I split the difference and went one size up instead of two. Nope, I should have just ordered my normal size.Due to affordability, general comfort, I think it's a great value. Just order your normal size. The material is fairly thin, so while it does have a supportive feeling and a bit of snatch, it's more a comfort garment than shapewear. I hope you find this helpful, trust me on the size bit. And the great price for what you get.

It looked tiny and I am not. I decided to try it anyway, after all I did measure myself and purchased the XL based on those measurements.... and surprise, there is just enough stretch in it for me to attach the hooks and zip it up and boy was I pleased!Not only does it have sexy lace adjustable straps and hold my flabby gut in, but I had to also put a belt on when I pulled my jeans up. I've been working on losing weight and bought a size smaller pants and when wearing this corset I also have to wear a belt with the smaller pant size!That's not even the best part.The corset works to lift my breasts and flatten my stomach so I look and feel more feminine and prevents muffin top which is amazing and one of my biggest pet peeves with women's jeans. I'm a nurse and recently bought new scrubs. I wear 38DDD bra and have to buy XL tops to fit them. Now because of this corset, my waist looks so small in my scrub tops that they look sloppy and I'm happily paying my sister to take them in from the waist down. And I love the feel of the material against my skin. I'm actually looking forward to shopping for clothes for the first time in a long time.That's not even the best part.After working 8 years in long term care as a nurse my back is not in the best of shape. I often go to the chiropractor to have my spine adjusted to reduce the pain. I wore this corset to work. Not only was it comfortable, but the back support is the absolute best part. I expected to want to tear this off as soon as I got off work. I didn't. I wore it until I got ready for bed and I had no back pain the whole day.

I was looking for something to help my back. I just had my daughter and I needed some support for my daily use and this works great!

Included is a card to "buy one get one free" with some other verbiage about how you "qualified". Don't fall for this. It's against Amz's rules and if you review anything you got that way, Amz can purge your entire account. Vendors know this.- Made in China- Adjustable straps, uses coated metal- Straps can unhook in back to cross over- Inside is 16 hooks, 3 positions- Good sturdy zipper tho it's plastic- The 2 ribs on the back do have something springing/rigid in them, the rest are just doubled up fabric- Made in China- 90 polyester, 10 spandex- Hand wash cold, do not bleach, do not wring. Do not iron. They've used two non-standard symbols for drying. The closest I can come is drip dry but don't line dry. Yeah. I'm drying it flat on a rack I put in the tub.The 4X size is tiny. It's a gray area for compression garments. They can skimp on fabric and just claim "compression". This is 42" around at the hem so you're going to be getting a workout just getting this on.I'm using it for back support. Había comprado una hace tiempo pero adelgace y ya me quedaba un poco grande y era tan L por lo cuál pedí una talla S y la calidad de esta es muy diferente osea mala calidad. Parece a la talla L por que las medi parece que traes solo una blusa por que no te aprieta nada. No la recomiendo nada están muy sencillas y si buscan fajas o cinturilla está no es la opción
