Super Comfortable Rocker Sandals
These are the most comfortable shoes I own. The rocker soles are a constant training for your leg muscles. If you live in a warm climate you can wear these sandals throughout the year. I do. There are multiple adjustments which lets you adjust the sandals to your personal fit.

Feet are happy when I wear rocking shoes
Great shoe for those with issues like Morton neuroma, joint problems in toes, these shoes let you walk on heels and middle of foot to keep from putting pressure on toe areas….i am able to work again.

Mixed feelings
I've been an MBT fan for almost 20 years. Sadly, the materials in the current products aren't as durable as the originals. Mostly they're okay. This pair is the first I've had in this particular model. As another reviewer noted, the ankle straps aren't the most comfortable. That reviewer, or another, also noted that the plastic buckles are challenging. Agreed. For those of us who aren't overly flexible, they take some doing.

Gotten Better
I have been wearing MBT's for many years. I was so disappointed when they went out of business. The company was sold and the newer versions of the Kisamu were not as comfortable as the original ones and I could not even wear them. Now it looks like MBT is back again with all new styles and a even better bottom that will not blow out if it gets wet. These new version of the Kisamu are not as comfortable as the original as they have more narrow straps and not the same padding but they are much improved from the last ones and are quite wearable. They have a smaller profile than the original ones which is nice for a more feminine look. You do have to be careful that when you close the velcro it is right in the middle of the strap so it does not touch your foot or otherwise they will rub. This is due to the more narrow profile but if placed properly they seem to work pretty well.

MBTs are the best!
I only wear MBTs. They give me the best support for my legs, joints and back. These were a perfect fit! While they are a more expensive shoe, they are well worth the money!

MBT Sandals
I have been wearing MBT Sandals for about 12 years. I started wearing them for long distance Komen breast Cancer walks. They are fabulous. Never a blister and so comfortable. I continue to wear them for my daily walks. I will never wear anything else. Very easy on your knees and back!

The shoes fit well, but are different
The shoes are approximately the same size as the last shoes that I bought. The old MBT shoes were wonderful. I could walk 2 hours on the treadmill - 10,000 steps and not a blister or rub anywhere. I've had the shoes for a while and only wore them on the treadmill. The new shoes were worn while I worked on the computer the day that I got them. As it turns out, I got out of the computer chair 3 times and walked a very short distance. Then I pulled the shoes off because they were already rubbing across one of my toes. The skin had rubbed off (bleeding) and the heel strap had rubbed. The straps are smaller and not padded as they once were which eliminated blisters and rubbing. I'm disappointed because I will have to wear socks and moleskin again to walk the long distances, but do like the arch support. It would be my hope that MBT goes back to the padded straps. Thanks! Improved Look With Same Great Feel!
I have worn MBTs for many years and these are real improvement over the earlier version of Kisumu. They are far less clunky looking and just as comfortable. True to size, there is no need to buy a size larger because it will just be too long. As the tag on the shoe reminds you, the correct fit is to have the heal at the end of the sole. I am happily retiring my last pair of Kisumu (now seven years old!) only because they are dense foam on the sole is finally flattening and crumbling off. No complaints here! These sandals really hold up to hard and long wear, as they should for the cost. It took only one wearing of the new pair to get the straps adjusted to a comfortable fit.
