great product
Takes off sticky label glue left on plastic/glass/metals bottles no problem. Also cleans great. It does however have a STRONG citrus powerful aroma that only comes off your hands with dishsoap or mechanics hand cleaner like GOJOE hand cleaner. Paint the sticky glue and paper after pulling the label off as best as you can with a small brush or whatever you have let it sit for 10 min or so and wipe off with a paper towel. Don't use a good towel cuz it will be full of gooey dissolved glue. Only wipe off with something you will throw away. Tip.......I use an old eyebrow brush....use an elastic band to attach it to the container so you don't loose it.

Great on removing glued tiles!!
I love Goo be gone, because it does/did exactly what it said it would do!! I had someone put “peel and stick” tiles down, he opted to put GLUE down first! I argued, but he was a ”man“ I figured, oh well! Nevertheless, I had to now, after 10 years, remove these tiles! There’s residual glue under the tiles! How will I get that up?? GOO BE GONE, a little DAB WILL DO!! I used a razor on a pole, sprayed a little of Goo Be Gone, waited a minute, and VIOLA, one scrape and the glue was GONE!! Wonderful product, no bad smells, citrus smell!! I will always use this to remove stickers, glue etc!! Worth every penny, and not expensive either!!

very disappointed
After I brave to my friend how great is Goo Gone, I was solemnly disappointed after I used it on the adhesive residue on my car. My car had vinyl wrap on the roof, after years of sun exposure and car washes, it cracked and ripped and turn ugly mosaic. I had to use steam to remove the bits and pieces of the vinyl. But what remains was a lot of gunky adhesive residues, a layer of ugly yellow sticky stuff all over my roof. I was bragging to the guy who removed the vinyl with steamer (he's a professional window tinter, btw). He said you'd have to use steam to carefully remove the adhesive. I said, I bet Goo Gone can do it in a jiffy. I was dead wrong. The Goo Gone had ZERO impact on the nasty adhesive on my roof. I literally had spent hours with my jet steamer and using plastic wedge to scrape it off, nano-meter by nano-meter (not even inch by inch). Just a foot of the area (by 6 inches, took me over an hour to scrape). I am so disappointed. But on the other hand, I tried Goo Gone on my hood range in the kitchen, the grease that had piled up for years, was gone in seconds. I am happy and sad at the same time. I wish the result was better. Sigh, back to work....
