MD recommended dose
My MD recommended increasing my D3 to 3,000 IU/day. There are not too many suppliers of that dosage form. Quality and potency must be assumed, but I chose a Kosher supplier thinking their required stringency would also apply to the purity and quality of the vitamin source.
