Nemesis + Angel Town Olivier Gruner Double Feature

The double movie set for Olivier Grunner is really only about NEMISIS, a futuristic cyber-punk action flick that is on the B-movie side of quality in affects, and at time acting. There are times wen you forget it is th at level until make-up or special affects are done, but it is a fun watch. There was some pixalating in the first 10 minutes or so on the disc, but then it ran smoothly.

Angel town was the better of the two films in my opinion will recommend to martial art fans but will say older films so not Blu-Ray quality

These are not the top level movies but there is lots of action.

I purchased this Oliver Gruner double feature DVD of Nemesis/Angel Town "new" from Amazon and it was defective; the disc was not even recognized by any of the three disc drives I have. I ordered a "new" replacement and the same thing happened. I noticed that both DVDs, although they appear to be commercially-pressed, have a slight bluish tint to them, which is not "standard" and I suspect that these were pressed in a non-standard way causing them to be defective. I also suspect that MVD (and perhaps Amazon as well) knew these discs were defective when they shipped them.

Love the movies. Added them to my collection. I only have Angel town on VHS I wanted it on DVD great choice it is of better quality thank you.

I have received 3 separate copies of this disc. NONE have played on ANY device be it all region dvd, gamebox or laptop. Disappointment with the manufacturer for stamping-out such bunk. On the positive - Amazon returns have been stellar; be it payment return or item replacement. Top notch customer service which is why Amazon is one of the few online vendors I use. E-haw
