First, I want to thank you all the good people who had written such wonderful and to the point reviews. This product is a life saver for me. Out of nowhere I developed severe allergy, it effected my wellbeing, attacks would occure out of the blue, most disturbing attacks were at night, preventing me from sleeping and obviously effecting my work days. The only pill that helped me was Claritin D, but after 2 days I had joint pain and other undesirable symptoms. This product is such a simple relief. PLEASE NOTE, since I was not clear what works best leaf or root extract I purchased both and take 1 pill each + 2 500mg capsules of Quersetin twice a day. Relieves symptoms within 20-30 minutes and keeps me feeling good and healthy for 24 hours. I take first doze around noon, second doze around 6PM. After about 2 weeks, I started skipping some, and still feel pretty good. So at this point I am taking only when symptoms show up. I hope it works for others as well as it works for me.

This product is good quality, made in Germany and organic, which is important to me. When used according to the label, works well. Recommended.

I believe this herb is having a positive effect although I can not say for certain just yet. I have starting taking a number of herbs in a effort to improve my health. It seems to me that it is having a positive effect, so I have no intention of experimenting or discontinuing use at this time. I would recommend that you do your own research and try them for yourself, also remember to purchase them from a trusted store like Amazon.

Yes, that's right, bladder problems. I was originally taking this as part of a program prescribed to me by a naturalist, not related to urinary issues. At some point, I wanted to cut back on supplements, so I cut these out. Well, the results were noticeable in less than a week! Back when I was around 20, I had a UTI to end all UTIs and after that, my bladder was never the same. I would having a random burning bladder trying to fall asleep at night and when I would become dehydrated, it would hurt to pee. The doctors said I was fine and for years I put up with it. But stinging nettle has finally freed me of this painful problem. I've recommended this to my 70 year-old mother for decreasing urinary urgency and frequency, and it saved her a visit to the urologist. Please give this a try, if you have been struggling with bladder troubles! It's literally life-changing!!!

Ok, I also thought these were 1000 mg capsules. It shows right on the front of the lable in the photos, 1000mg per serving, which is two capsules. Bad on me... However! A recommended serving is 3 capsules, 3 times a day with meals!? That portion is not shown on the photos which should be known.

I just wanted to say , it was good because I don't want fda to know it was real good and then we costumers won't get it anymore
