I love my new facial tools. The first couple days I used them without the battery, they work just fine like that. They relax the facial muscles. Then, I put a battery in each tool & WOW....I could really feel the vibration in my face. It lifts the skin as you massage in an upward motion. I keep them on my coffee table & each night when I watch TV I use them. I really like them! My face does appear to look better in the morning as well. The gold color of the tools looks very classy.

I received it in the mail put batteries in them and they worked ; when I went to use them the duel head one wouldn’t work. I then began to diagnose by isolating each piece from the one that didn’t work to the one that did. I found that if I keep the handle from the two headed one to the one headed one it worked and that handle that didn’t work, worked on the other one. Now they both work great and I didn’t need to send them back. The over all value is great you get two complete pieces no taking this head off to switch with the other unlike most of them I’ve seen. I would buy again even after I had to figure out why one of them wouldn’t turn on. Before you ask no the handle won’t work on the other one on my set, yes I tried to switch back to double check. I might buy another pair as a gift. I found they are quite calming for me. Would have been 5 if I didn’t have to fix one.

Nice quality and great massage. Both tools have the vibration. So you can spoil yourself with a nice massage. After a long day of work no matter if at home or outside, you deserve a special treatment. You are not getting right away 10 years younger but who knows maybe one day 🤗

to be honest, i wish these had multiple different speeds and intensities. i like them, they are soft and durable and easy to use but the vibration is not adjustable so sometimes it can be too strong

The tools are excellent for lymphatic massage of the face and neck. It's well worth the price.
