Great for my current Business Analytics BNAL407 course. This book has detailed instructions of Excel Solver problems, as well as detailed step by step instructions of all types of problems in the BNAL407 course.

Great textbook but I think chapter 12 should be chapter #1. The way the book is written assumes acquired knowledge on the topic - not so if this is the first class.

Completely misleading information on site..Even though the description mentions you get access to all stats tools but you cannot as the book does not include the access code to access the tools from online Cengagebrain site.( I bought the new book) .This is a HUGE inconvenience..I bought the new book to get access to all the materials for my assignment.,which is due in two days.Amazon made a really bad job listing the book without the access code..This really sucks..

I initially gave this book 1 star because I thought they did not send me an access code. I am revising the rating to 4 stars as I have discovered how to download the Text version of Palisade Decision Tools. I am leaving off a star because the book makes it EXTREMELY difficult to find out how to download the software.What you need to do is:1. Needed this book for class, came with everything needed including software. Directions for downloading the required software can be found in the Preface.
