Yes. It can be "scooted" by one person and lifted by two.

not sure what that means, really like the chair. great accent chair for the price. don't think it would stand up well as a high use chair. but as an accent in our living room very much liked

Easy to assemble myself? L 💛

There’s not a lot of assembly but It’s a bit tricky…works best if you have two people to keep things lined up as you insert and tighten the bolts. I’ve put four of these chairs together mostly on my own and have been frustrated somewhat each time except for the last one - I had my wife help and it went smoothly. Also, one of my bolts was threaded wrong 🤔. Good thing I had another similar bolt and used that. This was an outlier though. The threads usually are correct. Chairs are great though. We love em.
