Excellent quality!
The product is a bit pricey, especially compared to your local store prices, but depending on the quality available at your local store the increased price may be worth it. The cinnamon sticks are long, firm and fresh, and require very little quantity to achieve the desired effect. Rather easy to make it into powder as and when you need them -- just hold a stick and rub it against a grater, and it produces very fine aromatic powder. Usually this is hard to do with cinnamon that is either overdried or not of adequate quality.
