Love this tape
My wife has used this tape for some time and it helps her walk. One year ago she had ankle surgery and had 2 screws put in her ankle. The PT put it on her ankle and she had used it since. It helps the blood flow with out medication. The tape has little ridges behind it and helps keep swelling down also. I used it on a neck injury and it also relieved the pain in my neck. You must learn how to put it on or it may not be helpful. Ask a PT or read on the internet how and where you should put the tape.

Great product would buy again!
This is great product. They used on me during my physical therapy. Helps minimize scar and any pain last up to 4 days and I between applications off 24 hours. Very pleased with product and worth the cost!

Best Kenesio Tape
This is one of three types of Kenesio tape I have purchased. This holds the best. Shave the area, and shower and dry off, and wait for about 20 minutes. It will then stay on for 3 to 5 days. None of my other types did.
