Love this stuff! Works well in several recipes as a healthy swap, personally I love to use in soups. Tastes great, nutritious and great value.

This brand is always smooth (not as thick as full fat), easy to use with consistently good results. I use it mostly for chia seed pudding and in recipes. Other popular brands I have tried are clumpy and don’t incorporate smoothly into recipes.

The 12 cans were shipped in a bag made of bubble wrap which was inside a box. Three of the cans are very dented. I’m surprised that they’re all not dented.

Don't know if it works for other foods but it makes good curry. Has thickening agents to makeup for the lack of fat but I didn't notice once cooked.

While I've been paying closer attention to my diet, I still want to enjoy a nice curry from time to time. This is a nice way to still get my fix while saving on calories and fat vs the full flavor coconut milk. It's certainly not a one to one substitute and doesn't have the thickness for the full fat version. You might find that it works better in some recipes than others. Reasonably priced and not a distracting flavor difference, I'll keep using this most of the time but still splurge and use the full octane from time to time.

I love this milk because it is natural and healthy and above all, it is Carrageenan free. Most alternative milks as well as Ice-cream, Nestle Coffee mate, and many other products have Carrageenan. As you know, Carrageenan is an emulsifier substance that is highly inflammatory and destructive to the entire digestive system, it also causes leaky gut, tendinitis, migraines, ataxia, skin rashes, pain on the back of the head and neck, ear pain, tinnitus, glucose resistance, blood pressure fluctuations, and eventually dementia (Autism and Alzheimer) and cancer. My suggestion to the company that makes this milk is to add to the can label in big bold letters "Carrageenan Free". I do not mind having to shake the can before I drink this milk as long as it is Carrageenan free.

Quality. Much better than the box ones. I’m in Hawaii but can’t always get coconuts this is a good option if you can’t get the real thing
