lid is falling apart
has never been in the dishwasher, has only been hand washed and dried by hand right away, finish is peeling off, not sure if the finish was no good or the wood/bamboo, but it is coming apart. I contacted the company about BUYING a replacement twice, and they only responded to the original contact saying they would respond in two days, they did not.Disappointed in both the product and the customer service.

Straw is not easy to clean
Great cup but straw is very hard to get clean inside.

My Favorite Drinking Tumbler!
Love this glass tumbler! I added my own glass straw to make it the PERFECT drinking glass as I use essential oils in my beverages. Would highly recommend this!
