Q: Can I set the base of this lamp on a large computer speaker? Is there anything magnetic in the light that would harm the speaker?

The base of the lamp has a wireless phone charger built into it, and the charger uses a moving magnetic field to charge your phone. I doubt that the magnetic field from the charger is strong enough to harm your speaker, but it might interfere with the speaker and create noise, especially if the speaker has the amp and other electronics built into it. Also, the magnets in the speaker could potentially interfere with the wireless charger in the lamp.

Q: Is this lamp sturdy or does it wobble?

Very sturdy. Has a solid base. Happy with different light modes.

Q: We'll just charge LG phones

I cannot speak directly in regards to LG, but my iPhone does charge so long as the case is not too think. I think it would be compatible.
