An enjoyable cookbook that is well suited for constant use
This book present quite an interesting variety of plates. Each is sized well to deliver two to three generous portions. Recipes are easy to read. Methods are pretty simple to follow and have reliable cooking times. The later is pretty important to me since tapas are usually eaten as a sequence of plates. The books photography matches very well to the results of cooking per the recipe. It’s nice to see a photo for every recipe. Very few dishes require ingredient hard to source in US grocers. The bacalao dishes are very on point. This book will get a lot of use in my home kitchen.

Little bites!
Appetizers have always been my favorite part of the meal. Sometimes I make a whole meal out of them, and that's what I love about Spanish cuisine. They do it too! There are a wide variety of dishes in here, so you'll never get tired. And the recipes aren't too exotic or difficult.

This book is absolutely beautiful!
The colorful Spanish tile cover literally is indented between the tiles so it feels like a wall. There are photos of EVERY dish. The recipes all seem short and sweet, but true to their origin. I just received it and I'm so excited to have a little bit of Spain at home.I accidentally ordered 2 copies, and I will definitely be giving the other as a gift! Gorgeous book, I honestly can't believe the price. 5 stars!

Just OK
Tapas should be quick and easy to prepare with limited ingredients. Found a few in this book but most didn't fit this criteria. Not to say I'm not going to try some of the more complicated recipes with special ingredients. One small detail. Book written for UK audience so names of ingredients and quantities are not typical for US readers. Not a problem once one is aware.
