Christina Moss Naturals Original Moisturizer, Natural and Organic Ingredients, Gentle, No Toxic Chemicals

I am writing a review for the moisturizer, face wash and primer. I have fair, sensitive, dry skin. I have used the Clinique Redness Solutions line for several years to help with redness. I have tried organic lines before and every time I did, the product would make me break out or wouldn't help reduce the redness in my skin. I also experienced consistent dryness. No matter how much of the Clinique lotion (or any lotion for that matter) I would still wake up with dry patches. I used Mac foundation and sometimes Bobby Brown foundation as well. I decided a long time ago that I wanted to move more toward an organic product line, but again, none that I tried worked for my high maintenance skin. I looked on Amazon (and even tried different products on Amazon) but none worked for me. One day when I thought I would give it one more shot, I found the Christina Moss line. I read through the reviews and they were all really positive so I decided to give it a try. I started with the lotion, then bought the toner and face wash as I knew my skin probably needed some time to adjust. The lotion arrived and I used it for about 3 days before adding the face wash and toner into my 2x a day routine. I LOVE all three products so much! The smell of the lotion does not bother me at all as it quickly disappears and smells like other organic products I have used in the past. It moisturizes very well, I have no more dry patches, it doesn't feel greasy and blends well right into my skin and causes NO breakouts or irritation. The toner takes away redness and tightens my skin with no drying whatsoever! The face wash is gentle and again, no drying occurs at all and no irritation. My skin is extremely sensitive so the fact that these work perfectly for me and only have good-for-you ingredients is almost a miracle! Thank you Christina Moss for such a quality product, that helps my skin in so many ways, that I can feel good about putting onto my face, knowing the ingredients are not yucky chemicals, but natural ingredients that are healthy all the way around. I HIGHLY recommend all of their products and I will continue to use them as long as they keep producing these great results! So far I have been using this line for about 3 months and have recommended it to several of my friends! Update: 5/19/18 I still use all three products and love them!

***UPDATE 2017: I have just purchased my 4th bottle of this. I love the new pump style! I have NEVER loved a product so much that I was willing to buy it 4 times. Usually after a month or 2 a product will cease to be effective on my skin, thankfully not this one!! I have tried all other big line moisturizers, like Arbonne, Mary Kay, lots of lines from Sephora, that Cindy Crawford line too, and I hands down love this stuff! A truly perfect product. Every night and morning when I use it, it returns my skin to a refreshed, non-oily but hydrated state. I have super sensitive eyes and apply it all over my face, upper and lower eyelids, lips, neck and chest. Never burns my eyes, and I no longer need an additional expensive eye serum or cream!! Super quick face routine. I've never been asked to do a review for this product, and I HATE all those "free product" "non-biased" reviews. I will continue to pay for what I believe is a perfect product. UPDATE END*** I have super sensitive oily skin. Tired of paying $45 to $60 for an good natural skin cream or serum. Tried it on last night, over my upper chest and face. It feels very light weight, but it gives your skin a naturally balanced, hydrated, resilient feeling. I love the anise smell, it goes a way quickly, so you won't be smelling like licorice candy all day. I did not wake up with oily skin, which I was totally expecting. My skin felt as it should, balanced. I tried it again after my shower and before my makeup, I was sure that during my day of running around and fun stuff, my face would feel oily or my makeup would slide off. Nope! My skin still feels....like my kids! Pores are a bit tighter in the nose area where they tend to be bigger all day. My makeup is still on, no oily slick around my nose. It actually feels like I don't have any make up on, like I have a nude face! Gasp! I've only tried it twice, but I can tell from all the other expensive face products I've used, this is seriously good stuff. Now I'm going to try the toner and if there's a body lotion. Great ingredients and organic, I'm a happy customer.

I absolutely love this lotion. It's extremely difficult to find an all natural face cream, and I purchased the Christina Moss moisturizer for the first time about 4 months ago. I just purchased my second bottle, if that gives you some indication as to how long it will last. A little goes a long way, as many other reviews have mentioned. It's got a nice silky feel and absorbs quickly into my skin. I am in my mid 40's and my skin tends to be slightly on the dry side, so sometimes I need to reapply if I wait too long afterward to put on my makeup in the morning. I live on the West Coast where it's more humid and find it's great for daytime use, but I do have to use something richer for a night moisturizer. The only down side, and this is very minor, is the licorice smell. It does take some getting used to, but I think it's a small sacrifice to have a completely natural moisturizer. And you only smell it while you're applying it anyway. After it's absorbed into your skin you can't smell it at all. That's why I didn't let it affect my rating. I like the new pump bottle that it comes in for easier application and it keeps the moisturizer free from external bacteria. (It used to come in a jar) Overall I would definitely recommend this moisturizer and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Great product. Definitely has a licorice scent but it smells very nice and NATURAL compared to the cheap drugstore perfume-scented moisturizers. It leaves your skin feeling smooth, soft and not at all oily.

Love this moisturizer already, it has excellent consistency and such a creamy texture without being heavy. It melts into your face and absorbs really quickly, im surprised how quickly comparing to chemical based moisturizers, this is I can truly say a really Great natural (organic) moisturizer. I even dont mind the smell as it dissipates quickly but even if it didn't , it smells nice in a way and natural. I have oily, mostly acne free skin and this is great and provides enough moisture for it! I will continue using it. Actually I threw out the rest of my store bought face moisturizer already as there is no way I am going back to it after trying this moisturizer for my face. Thank you! Very nice organic skin care!

Didn’t find this moisturizer very moisturizing. I have normal combination skin, no acne, not oily. But I do get dry in my T zone. I didn’t find this helped at all, my skin still felt tight after applying. Loved the scent and that it’s natural but I’ll keep shopping for another product that works much better.

I love products that are not only organic but 100% pure and natural. This moisturizer has no harmful chemicals or synthetics in it. I can't tell you how many so called "natural" products I've looked at, only to see the ingredient list with harmful chemicals and synthetics. I am truly happy with this moisturizer and grateful for persons such as Christina who can offer such products! I am nearing 50 and so often told I look much younger. I have been using natural skincare for years and avoid chemically infused skincare products.! Make up included. I believe in letting my skin breath and looks it's natural best.
