Making Sparkling Wines at Home

The publisher has a nice book on making Mead. So i decided to give this book a try. It is a tiny book like the mead book, but u like the mead book which has you making mead fast and has a ton of recipes.this book is trying to be more like a textbook rather than a how to make book. you wont get your firstrecipe until chapter 6. Then the recipes are incomplete thats is it just basically say ferment to dryness, no other steps. The other negative is there is a total of just ten recipes. I guess the just tried to hard ro make a textbook in a very small book and failed.Basically the book is not geared toward the homebrewer, it discusses how it is done on an industrial scale. Then towards the end of the book, it tells you that doing it industrial way may not be the easiest for a newbie, so instead just keg it and serve like beer.

Covers concepts of making sparklingwine but not step by step instructionswhich is what I expected.I wouldn't recommend for a newbie
