Purist MoFlo Insulated for Bike Hugger

This water bottle not only looks great, it IS great. Being insulated it keeps drinks cooler longer (or warmer if you choose to fill it with warm liquid). The insulation keeps it from frosting up and dribbling condensation all over your bottom bracket. The band extending around the entire bottle makes it easy to put into your cage, not having to look for the dents to line up. The cap is easy to open and close unlike some other makes of bottles. The plastic is soft and the bottle is easy to squeeze. I liked it so much that I threw away my other manufactures bottles and ordered more of these. I have also given these bottles as gifts to other cyclist who have also liked them to the point of ordering more for themselves. Try one and I'll bet that it becomes your favorite bottle.

We only buy"Purist" water bottles! Not sure how they coat the bottle with flexible glass, but these bottles keep water tasting pure. I always keep a water bottle in my car (as well as on my bike). I fill the water bottle with filtered water, and even a day or 2 later, (with my car sitting in the hot sun) the water still tastes pure, no nasty plastic after taste.Highly recommended. Worth the extra $$ to keep plastic from leaching into your body!

I have used this now for one month.The insulated bottle is underwhelming ice melts faster than the bike ride too often.At first id did have the pur water taste-Now before my bike ride is over 30 to 60 minutes that plastic water taste is present.Not sure how much longer I will use the bottle; for that reason.The only water bottles that do not get that plastic taste and aftertaste is the metal water bottles period.So two stars I over paid fr a water bottle that under-performs in he two areas I wanted; no weird plastic taste and keep the water cold.

Great looking well insulated water bottle. Used it for about 400-500 miles so far and still looks new. Looks great on the bike. I fill the bottle 3/4 with my drink and fill the rest with ice and put it the freezer overnight. In 85 degree heat it stays cold for 2-3 hours. Haven’t tested it yet in cooler temps. You

Had one previously but made the mistake of putting in freezer with water in it. DON’T do that. Lesson learned.

Love this bottle. Keeps my sport drinks cold and it’s easy to clean the lids. While cycling very easy to drink from while riding down the road. Will purchase more.

The bottles insulate well, but the tops are impossible to keep sanitary. I've tried everything, including prying them apart and boiling, and nothing helps. Reached out to Purist, they told me to reach out to Specialized, who didn't answer.
