Dissapointed with purchase.

After unboxing the item the stainless steel was tarnished. I tried several different sizes of bottles and not one was able to fit into the holes. I went through the process to immediately return the item and I clearly selected that I wanted a refund but by the next day they sent a replacement. I did not even open the box and will also be returning the replacement which I DID NOT order. This purchase just did not work for me.
