SEAL THEM UP!!!!! that will help the bass response
At first these speakers sounded meh. There are several little mounting screw holes that let the air move in all the wrong places without getting any bass back pressure. I sealed them with 1/4" foam strip and also sealed the extra little holes in the speaker flange using the speaker trim ring as a sandwich. That helps the bass A LOT!! It worked on 2015 F-150 rear doors and 2015 Fusion all 4 doors. I used the Ford Fusion adapter and sealed them to the door as well.

Installed in 1997 Integra
Replaced the stock 6.5 inch speakers. VERY minor modifications to get the screws into the OEM housing. Sound great.

Great Sound
I used these speakers to replace the OEM door speakers in my 2002 LeSabre and the fit well.I always try to use the adapter cables that are available for GM vehicles. It is an additional small cost that is worthwhile.Easy installation and great sound.I would recommend these speakers to replace the OEM type of speakers.

Good Replacement For Stock 1996 Camaro Z28
The 28 year old factory rear speakers were trashed and needed replaced. These 1696PS speakers fit right in place and sound much better with the factory head unit (which needs replacing, too). Nice to not have a speaker with a bad cone rattling around behind me anymore.
