Recently Iâve been experiencing unusual stomach irritation. It was recommended to me to log what Iâm eating. Finding this on Amazon was a âGemâ This Journal not only allows food tracking its So easy to keep track of more. Water intake, medication, and even waste output. Being able to have an easy and convenient place to review with myself and doctor has been essential to help my wellness journey. The journal also comes in hard back making it easy to travel with. I also really like that nothings on the hard cover which allows for privacy. After completing this food journal I will be purchasing again to continue some of the great habits Ive begun since using my first such an essential tool.

Great
Very good food tracker. Has a place for everything. There's only one change that I would make. Right now, bowel movement tracking is divided up so that there is one place to track after each meal. Snacks are on the second page. I would move snacks over between the meals and put bowel movements on the second page above additional notes so that all food is together, all bm's are together, and it's close to notes so that additional bm's can be written in the notes and still be close to the others that were tracked. A lot of people with IBS track, and we often have more than three bm's a day. Just a minor thing. Great otherwise and easy to fill out.

Very helpful for tracking gut issues
I got this on recommendation from a family member. Iâve been using it for a week now. Itâs easy to use for quick moments to note things as my day progresses. It has the day broken into three meals and two snacks. With bowel movements tied to meals. Itâs worked out for me but I donât follow the 3 meal/2 snack per day routine, (or the BM schedule) so I adjust with using the â notesâ fields. Size of notebook is okay for med size purse, or a backpack. A small hip purse wonât do. Youâd have to carry it separate or keep it somewhere to make easy notations. I donât plan on doing this forever, just to help me pinpoint triggers prior to seeing GI Doc for tests.

Ulcerative Colitis helper
Loving this journal to track food sensitivity for Ulcerative Colitis the only thing is I wish it lasted longer, would like if it lasted at least 6 months.

Really enjoy this book. Helped keep track of my eating habits and gain a better understanding of my bodies cycles. Wish it had a better way to track drinking habits though.

Very detailed
Loving this food journal so far. I am hoping to figure out what specific food or food group makes me feel sick and there is so much room/prompts for detail in this journal. It has made remembering all the different things to track so much easier!

Very helpful
I know this journal will help anyone dealing with gastro issues. I myself am trying to find a way to track what I eat but this journal organized and tracks things way better than I could. I never thought to include my sleep quality as well as the timing I ate my meals! Very good! I'm pleased with this purchase and anticipate logging every day as I await my EGD results! Good quality book and very informative information in the front about food sensitivities, allergens, stools, etc. 5/5, can't go wrong with this purchase!

Exactly what I was looking for
This product was exactly what I needed. I hate doing this kind of thing but this did help make it a little more appealing. If the doctor still wants me to keep tract then I will be buying another one

Definitely worth the money
Amazing!! So worth the money and makes it really easy to show consultant any reactions. Space to record 3main meals and 2 snacks, as well as any medications taken that day and a notes section for each day.

Got exactly what was advertized
I bought this journal as a gift for a family member who has celiac disease in order to keep track of diet. It has been helpful to her in terms of keeping track of regular and new foods eaten, amount of water consumed, moods, signs and symptoms of sudden triggers, allergic reactions, strange intolerances and even bowel movements, (which sounds extra personal, but on a grand scale, very helpful). Great for those who might have dietary restrictions, health concerns and required support from a nutritionist or doctor. Only downside it is it only good for 2 months. I wish there were more pages, but problem solving could simply involve making copies of a few remaining blank pages and adding them in later...or buying a second journal. Came promptly wrapped in perfect condition. My family and I were both satisfied with this purchase.

Great Book with a couple areas for improvements
I have started an strict eating change due to food sensitivities and am trying to thoroughly track myself throughout the process. I have been using this Journal for about a week now and I am really enjoying the layout of the day to day tracking. I like all the features but I would change up the medication section slightly to have some more purposeful columns like time of day taken rather than some of the other columns. I also would really love it if there was a monthly habit tracker or overall day rating to track trends in how you felt over a month or two. On top of this I really wish it had a note section in the back to record general observations compiled in one spot. Overall it was the best one I found to at least cover the necessities for tracking the day to day water, sleep, food, mood, bowel movements etc..
