Tylenol p.m. second time I buy it value for the money instead of use sleep quality. I would recommend people to buy it if they have pain like I do in my back and in my knees, it eases the pain and I fall asleep with ease.

Helps after a long day of being on your feet. I work on my feet for 12 hours a day and sometimes it’s hard to wind down after work. I am in pain and I’m tired so the Tylenol is a must have.
