As good as it says it is
Purchased this to stick down a water prevention strip at the entrance of my garage which had come loose. THIS STUFF SURE STICKS! After 18 hours I couldn’t move the strip.

WORKED WELL
I used this product to secure a metal railing on to concrete where I was unable to drill in anchors. Amazingly after letting it cure for 24 hours it held after a good yank. Still stable 3 weeks later. This isn't easy to work with as you can't really pull a bead as it seems elastic coming out but with some care and a putty knife it got a problematic job done.
