Don’t try to be poetic...it’s too complicated.
If I could give a negative star, I would. I have tried contacting these people repeatedly. These keychains were supposed to be a sweet memento. Instead, they’re a headache.The saying I requested is this:I have looked at youin a million ways &I have loved you in each(Coordinates)What I received was this:I have looked at youI have loved you in eachin a million ways &(Coordinates)It doesn’t even make sense! There’s no way to turn the little bar to make that make sense. I tried sending photos, but the email system they use won’t allow it. I explained that in an email and explained the issue completely and they still offered no solution. So my gift is a total loss and I’m out the money.

Ordered this way before xmas for my amazing husband and just got it today. If you want it for a man go w bold letters so they can see it. The bottom of the metal thing is rough not nice and smooth. It ok for a simple gift but I wouldn't buy it again.

Symbols have quote marks
I ordered this wanting the empty heart on one of the sides. I entered "Symbol 2" into the text box like it says in the photos of this product. When I got the key chain, they literally put the quotes on both sides of the heart, and it does not look good. This is a gift for a significant other and it was supposed to have our initials on it with the heart, and now it looks messed up and I am very displeased.
