UPDATE:I reached out to the manufacturer explained my issue. They responded immediately. I had a new part in my mailbox in 3 days. I have update stars from 3 to 5.ORIGINAL:Purchased this last year ahead of a project. Its only 6 months since install. Emediatly after installation we noticed one of the parts was chiping. I think its a defective finish on that single part. Because the rest of the faucet is fine. I noticed others are having the same exact issue. Im trying to reach out to manufacturer see if they can send me a replacement for that single part. The installation was fine. I really love how it looked after install. But om disappointed that the paint is chipping on that one part. I hope I can get it replaced.

I love this product. It is beautiful and actually looks as if it is worth 2x the cost. It is solid and weighty, and an absolute stunner. It does have one small flaw, the washers are somewhat difficult to navigate and one was not threaded correctly or we could not get it to tighten but about a quarter of the way, HOWEVER, we took the product to Lowes for a washer match and MANY people stopped to ask me where was that particular faucet. It is beautiful. We found a washer match and all is good. BTW the washer that we replaced was able to go on after we screwed the new washer on....it probably had dust or something on it that needed to be "threaded" off. I would suggest that you....NO....I highly recommend that you purchase this product and perhaps anything else from this company. I will.

Priced really well. Does not feel cheap although at this price I expect to replace within a year. Looks really good.

Overall I like these faucets. The installation was easy (after we pried the old faucets out!), and they function well. Unfortunately, the paint on one of the drains has chipped off completely in only a couple months. We never use harsh chemicals or cleaners, so I'm very disappointed in the lack of quality in the paint.UPDATE: shortly after posting my original review, the seller shipped me a replacement drain piece. The other two faucets I ordered are still in perfect condition, so I think the one that chipped was just a faulty piece.

EDIT: My review still stands, The finish wears off with just general use and cleaning. The company is now spam emailing me to pay me off to remove this poor reviewThese look fantastic. The faucet works well but the drain pipe has major flaws.The finish on them is very easily scratched and once scratched will just peel away very very quickly. Mine peeled during install and I will have to replace it immediately. I believe it is because I torqued the nut down too hard and it pinched the finish on the sink.I had to disassemble the down pipe to add lots of teflon tape to keep it from dripping. The metal is very thin and cheap. Also, the instructions leave out some major details. The seal that goes inside the sink is garbage. Throw it away and use plumbers putty. On top of that, you are going to need plumbers putty AND teflon tape in addition to the gasket provided and even with all that you may still have issues. Took about 7 or 8 tries until I got it to stop leaking from the sink drain seal. Good luck. You get what you pay for

I've never installed a sink faucet before but this was fairly simple and straight forward. I replaced the 18 yr old faucets that came with the house. We recently gave our bathroom a face lift and these faucets look great in the space. No leaks, minimal water spots (I expected that) and the push plug is great to remove and clean as necessary. I bought a 3rd one for the 2nd bathroom too.Theres a review that mentions one of their faucets leaking and I noticed this at first upon installation..I'm not sure if they mean the plumbing or the gaucet itself but I just tightened the aerator a but more and I've had zero drops ever since.

We had purchased this product in the beginning of bathroom remodeling. It was nice quality and looked great .... however the vanity we picked was not compatible. We were passed the return date so I reached out to the company and they were fast to respond and very helpful to return :) definitely recommend the company.... and waiting to pick facet until you have a vanity.
