Great stuff!
Well, I didn't use it for a while but then I was making a big pot of beef and vegetable stew and thought, "Yeah, I'll put some kelp in." I did and when it cooked till the stew was done, the kelp was super tender, and I cut it into small tidbits, so you never knew it was in there. It has a mild taste and after a day I had a great BM. You could tell by the color it was the kelp. (Hope y'all don't mind this info) I'll have to accept the fact that "it has the nutrients they say it does because I take many supplements so I can't tell what it's doing besides what I said.

Tastes fishy
This product was not what I expected. I bought this because I was low in thyroid and kelp definitely helps. The sheets are very rubbery and tough and has to be cooked to use. I put it in my crockpot along with bone broth and other vegetables. The taste is kind of fishy (to be expected from a sea vegetable) but it was also very salty. The price was great for the amount you get but I don't think this is for me.

Awesome way to get macro and micro minerals
Love these, toasted in an open pot with some olive oil, and a little water on low heat, so they don't burn. I cut them into tiny pieces and sautee until I enjoy the flavor and texture. I also like to add some sesame seed, black pepper, and sometimes, a tiny bit of habanero powder. Nice treat, that makes me feel a "mineral buzz".

Horrible taste and not in sushi sheets.
Bad taste and not for sushi rolls. Comes covered with salt and chews like leather. I wonder if it is safe to eat. UPdate: The seller has good shitake mushrooms I do like better than the Japanese kind on the prior order for those mushrooms. If the seller has good shitake mushrooms then they must be ok as a seller. Perhaps I wanted something like inori sheets and got something salt covered just dragged out of the ocean and did not know how to use it their way without using sushi. The salt amount on it was so much it looked like it just crawled out of the ocean. If you like cooking seaweed then maybe this item may be good for you but I never wanted to try it if I wanted Inori tasting seaweed. This stuff did not taste at all alike Inori wraps perhaps because it is not roasted. I love sushi but not this kind of seaweed, however that me be my fault for not knowing more about salt covered seaweed and expecting Inori tasting product.

my favorite kelp
It tastes great, and I like the texture. It rather thick so I usually boil it for at least 10 minutes, and use it in salads and such.
