I ordered this atta after reading wonderful reviews about it and I am glad I did.🤸 . - It's low in carb - The ingredients are amazing as shown in second picture - It will help you to lead a healthy lifestyle - The rotis are super soft and yummy - The texture and taste will speak for itself that it's a genuine products unlike other brands who claim to be healthy but aren't - It will not help you in weight loss but will help you to adapt to healthy eating . Do try this atta and share your experience . I am sure you will not regret the decision

I am a vegetarian so being in Keto is tough and having a roti is bliss. This is not exactly like wheat roti but more like bajra roti . Tried puri's and sugar free halwa as well they are just yummy.i have tried other 2-3 popular keto flours but this one is much much better,. Only if price would be less then it would have been a 5 star keto low carb flour.

I have been using it since 2 months. Already have completed around 5kg or so. 1. Good Part-----For a person of my stature 5-11 height, I have to eat 2-4 Roti per meal to actually feel happy and satiated, along with some cooked veggies. Keto Roti are cheaper alternative to high-quality-fat-source like almonds on a keto diet. So it takes me around 5-6 days to complete 1kg, and so I have to order around 5kg per month or so. This is when I eat 3 meals per day. I am trying Intermittent fasting. When it starts, I will obviously skip 1st meal, and the consumption will be less. Hope this helps with your financial goals. Ideally, almonds are the best source here, so if you have about 6000 INR per month to spend, go for almonds. If not, then buy Keto Rotis, and keep these as a cheap alternative always. Get a meal-manager to cook them or cook it for yourself, and be super happy while in ketosis. 2. Major Concern 1---It has soya protein. So there are risks of high estrogen. I would have seriously loved this product, and would have paid more money, had they not used soya protein. Soya is risky. Just remember that. So only use this product temporarily. For permanent use, almonds are the best. 3. Major Concern 2---In every 2 to 3 days, I find a small stone in my Roti. I was consistently getting a stone and I was worried if it might someday affect my teeth, coz all it takes is one bad bite, and some of your teeth enamel will break away. This happens every 2 to 3 days, so I am concerned about it. More so becasue I have 3 root canals in 3 teeth already, I am more worried than others. But since the good part of this aata is much higher than the concerns, I am still going to order more this month. The stones occur rarely and are small. I chew slowly to avoid it. Conclusion----Please go ahead and buy the product. This is a must for a keto diet. I have seen reviews of other products in this category, like the one Yuvraj is promoting and other similar. I have found this to be the best value for money, from all the reviews I have read. Rest is up to you.

It tastes bitter after a while and the cocunut spoils the taste. I had it for sometime, now even if i imagine its taste , i feel nauseatic. Maybe its a good product , but needs improvement in taste. Also i noted that since i'm gluten intolorrent, having roti made out of this triggered the same symptoms. Probably because wheat is used in this.

I bought 4 packets for 499/- each in May 2019. I used two packs until now. When i tried to use the 3rd pack ( expiry date is only October 2019), i found that the content has become like a solid rock inside the sealed pack. The 4th pack was also the same. Pls see video. For such expensive products within expiry date one would expect usability. Now I can’t return it as return window is closed. Maybe one should only buy one pack at a time and this expiry date has no relevance. I have lost nearly 1000/- on the balance two unopened sealed packs.

I am following keto diet for last 3 months and was missing roti like anything, then one day I found this low carb Keto Flour on Amazon. I was quite doubtful whether I should buy it not but I am glad that I bought this because it tastes too good. Roti made from this is much more tastier than normal chapatti. I have just one paratha in the morning and it makes me so full that I don’t feel hunger till 2 pm. One roti I have in lunch and dinner I don’t take roti because I am so full. My life has simply become easy because now I can enjoy my roti and stuffed paratha and poori also. Poori turns out to be too yum with this atta. Also it is very easy to make roti, paratha and poori from this keto flour, same as normal atta. I am looking forward to try NutroActive other products also like keto dosa as well.

Couple of months ago i started following Keto diet and results were great from 65 Kg's to 59 Kg i lost almost 7 Kg. For the first two weeks i was strictly consuming less than 35 grams of carbs and i lost most of the weight in first two weeks after that i just avoided food high in carbs. For me the hardest part was to find alternative for chapati as it is staple food in my case. This atta has so much to offer for all ketonean's, glad i found this. It does not taste like a weat chapati (as it is not weat, so of course :-)) but it definately help me deal with the capati craving that i use to get.

Felt like paid money for peanuts. Taste of peanuts are overpowering which I personally didn't like. Too expensive for what they have offered.
