Very sturdy material. I used it in conjunction with ditra on my bathroom tiling projects. Easy to cut and easy to install.

The stores don't care the 100 ft. roll. Most carry only a 30' roll and that will get you nowhere on a big job. I'm glad to know that the 100 ft. roll is available on Amazon. Beware of the imitators. The Kerdi-Band is much better quality. Yes, it is expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Easy to use. On the expensive side though. Of course is a must for any modern shower construction with no alternatives really, therefore expensive.

My husband is a contractor and uses this to seal showers. He says he uses it all the time and this is an ongoing/repeat purchase so that says a lot about the product. He says the application is easy, the size is good, and seals great which is what you want from something that is sealing your showers!

Too expensive buy another brand

You know what this is. It's the legit band not the KERDI mat chopped into strips (which is thicker). I have no idea how they sell it so cheap since even the local tile shop which has good Schluter prices can beat this. I was able to do the shower, floor, etc.

We cut this into 5 inch pieces to cover all the screws on our new Schluter board shower wall install. They worked perfect!
