I’ve had cold sores since I was a kid, and they can be really painful whenever stress hits. I started taking this Lysine supplement daily, and it’s made a huge difference for me. When I’m consistent with it, I hardly ever get flare-ups, and if I do, they’re much smaller and heal faster. I like that the tablets are easy to take, the bottle lasts a long time, and it’s affordable compared to some of the other brands I’ve tried. It’s become part of my daily routine now — a small habit that’s helped me feel more confident and in control, especially when life gets stressful.

I have been taking this lycopene supplement. It is a great antioxidant. The pigments are like carotenoids and I feel that they are important for my eye health. I like the convenient tablet form. The bottle is also great. The bottle fits nicely in my shelf and more efficiently uses the space due to is rectangular footprint. I also am reusing the bottles as they slide into my vitamin shelf like books and hold more than round bottles of the same width and hight. So I buy my other vitamins in larger sizes and rebottle into these convenient bottles, and so buy fewer bottles over all.

This needs to be taken with food at least for me

so being lazy I got these on Amazon instead of just going up the street and pick him up for about a dollar and a half cheaper. My wife takes these and I take these and they work fantastic as 21st century has always come out with good product. Lysine is definitely needed for several things skin muscle. What have you and for us? These are great. They are a little big however, but when you’ve been taking them for a while, you get used to them.

Looked at a lot of Lycopene supplements on Amazon and elsewhere and this one is the best for value. All the others (that I've seen) are probably very good but a bit misleading in that the mg of lycopene are not actual lycopene, but the tomato extract it comes from. The actual amount is usually 5-10% of the extract, meaning the pure lycopene content is extremely low. You have to read the ingredient list on the back. This product, according to the manufacturer, is actually 25 mg of pure lycopene, which means you pay less than 1 cent per mg of lycopene. Not bad, especially when you want to take 25-50 mg/day.

I love them… when I dont take them my face looks older 😨

Very good melatonin. I like it's effectiveness. I take bout 1 hr before bed.
