Avery L6009-5 Resistant Labels, Silver (A4 Sheet of 46 x 21 mm, 240 Labels)

Good product, easy to print, despite logo being in colour and label being silver the colour is accurate.I used averys online tool for printing which was easy to use.It is important to note that as these labels have a shiny (more of a matte shiny than glossy) surface, they will only work with laser printers - inkjet ink will just smear. I printed on a HP cp3525 laserjet, using its "label" preset and have not had a problem at all.Only time will tell regarding durability and resistance to scratches but so far all is good.

These are easy to use and especially if you use Avery's online tool to print on them (you don't have to create an account). You can save the .pdf locally and print it.However, these are really meant for laser printers, they can be used on inkjets but they smudge easily. If you leave them to dry for 12+ hours this is significantly reduced to a point where they are usable.

Nice idea but!Unfortunately the labels don't hold the print very well, even after allowing to dry for 24 hours,Probably need to allow the printer sheet 24 hours to dry then spray with a suitable varnish to try and fix the printing,Would have been nice if the instructions mentioned this!Or perhaps Avery could supply some transparent sticky labels that are placed over the printed one once dry?

Really nice metallic effect label. High initial tack when applying. You must use a professional laser printer (these do not work with laser jet printer; unless you want smeared labels) good weather resistance so far. Quiet professional for labelling of computers, laptop accessories e.g. dongles, chargers, external drives. Not tamperproof but also not easy peel label. We also use on our ppe equipment to ensure it doesn't go walkabout! Label are also colour compatible but some tiny changes in shading occur due to the silver background.

Computer printed addresses did not like the surface and were smudged- not much use when trying to label 50 identical bottles so we would know who’s was who’s 🥴
