Recommended by my doctor to help with my diverticulitis. I tried a different brand but in pill form. Didn’t get the same results so went back to Metamucil powder. Not changing again.

Extremely useful for Bowel Cancer survivors.
Would recommend this product to any one who has had bowel cancer that resulted in the removal of the part of the bowel that extracts water. Metamucil absorbs the water. For me, I was going to the toilet up to 17 times in an hour, now going only three times in twenty four hours. Oh the relief, lol. In New Zealand this is also available in lime and raspberry flavours.
