Well Built but Overpriced - Get it used!
As other reviewers have mentioned, while this faucet is a well-built and beautiful, it is certainly overpriced when compared to the other offerings. Always try to get a "Used" model as most are returned for fitment or the original buyer getting the wrong item. The "Used" item I received was brand new but in damaged packing so well worth the $100 discount. It's no wonder InSinkErator can charge nearly 4x the price for this faucet over their other models since it's easily the best looking and most likely matches the fixtures of newer homes. When I can purchase a HOT150 kit with tank and faucet for $200 but the tank by itself costs $300, it's obvious the company knows what items sell and how to extract the most money from buyers. The install is fairly straight forward and, so long as you have the correct size hole in your countertop, it's a 30 minute job. The instructions that came with the faucet specified 1-3/8 to 1-1/2 inch hole. After installing this on a 1-1/2 inch hole I would recommend the smaller 1-3/8 as the rubber O-ring seal would fit much better although the tubing fitment would be much tighter.Speaking of tight, there is only one simple nut that needs to be tightened to secure the fixture. I recommend that you ensure there is enough space around the nut WITH the included wrench on top of it before inserting the faucet through your countertop. I found out the hard way that as I tightened the nut it rubbed on the rubber hose next to it. Had I adjusted the connections out of the way first to allow for more clearance around the nut the install would've been faster. So, test fit the wrench on the nut with it tightened up about halfway.I do love the heft and fit-and-finish of this faucet. It definitely feels substantial and like it would last for years. I purchased the Satin Nickel finish as it is very close to the Moen "Touchless" finish making for a relatively seamless install in my kitchen. The faucet head swivels freely but will stay where you point it. It also has locking safety handle that must be pushed downward before it's able to be rotated to the On position and is spring loaded preventing it from staying open without someone operating it.All in all this is really the faucet they should be selling in their kits and at a much lower price point considering the price of the other kits.

Really excellent design and functionality ***WITH UPDATE***
This is the only unit I have found that can dispense hot or cold (not refrigerated) water with the cold being able to be left on for filling juice or water bottles. The quality of the build is top notch, the installation was a bit fiddly but no real problems. The water filter seemed to take a while before it removed chlorine taste, but works fine and is extremely easy to change. It does not take much space under the sink, and was a simple replacement for the useless soap dispenser. The only downside was that it was difficult to find a perfect match for the kitchen faucet. I really like the design of this dispenser, but I was not able to find a perfect match for the design and finish. InSinkErator has a manufacturer's compatibility chart online, but as of 2017 almost all the design lines have changed. I ended up buying a M0EN from H0me Dep0t, it was close enough but not a perfect match. In the box was the fixture. I also bought the InSinkErator HWT-F1000S Stainless Steel Instant Hot Water Tank and Filtration System, with the the boiler, the filter, and the lines. I did need to buy a T - junction fitting that fit between the cold water outlet under the sink and the hose that runs up to the sink faucet, it allowed me to connect the water line that runs to this dispenser. This is the only thing that might require a trip to your local hardware store, take a photo or the current water line with you to make sure you buy the correct size.I put this in in about four hours in a tight space, it would take a lot less time the second time! There have been no leaks or problems.********* UPDATE *******We do use this dispenser frequently, multiple times per day. This dispenser lasted about 4.5 years, when the spring in the dispenser lever began to weaken. Six months later, it would not reliably return to the center position (Off), so the dispenser would drip steadily, sometimes hot water. This is not a user replaceable part, replacement of the entire unit is the only option. We tried to live with the leaks / drips, and remember to manually return it to center, but forget even once and it drips hot water all night.

INSTANT HOT WATER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED
Everyone should have an instant hot water dispenser!!I had a different one, but it was leaking and needed to be replaced.I love this one because now the water doesn't hit the counter because the spout is so far back. That's the contractor's fault but this made it work! Now before you judge me, I will be replacing the water spout to match the brushed nickel! hahah

Overcharge for less quality product
We purchased the Hot & Cold InSinkErator Faucet HC3300 as part of a total kitchen remodel just over 1 month ago. Today our contractor installed the faucet that Amazon delivered and we found out that Amazon delivered a similar, but lesser quality faucet that is only a hot faucet H3300 (no cold). The box is labeled hot only in the printing on the original box but there is a small sticker label added to the box which calls it the HC3300. That little C is costing us $225.00 more dollars for missing faucet function. We are past our our return window and don't want to pay the contractor to uninstall and reinstall this faucet again. :( How do we just get reimbursed the over charged money for the faucet features that we paid for that are not part of the delivered lesser quality faucet, Amazon?
