P5 39"x14" Programmable LED sign Scrolling Message Digital Board Indoor Full Color LED Advertising Sign Support WiFi &USB

The instructions listed an outdated link to download software, but a simple Google search will provide an updated link. Once installed on my PC, I was able to design my content and install onto the sign with the same USB drive provided. I did have some functionality questions that required support, and was able to obtain the manufacturer’s contact info. by asking Amazon support. I was then able to communicate with the Chinese representative via WhatsApp. They were extremely helpful and easy to speak with. So with a little perseverance, this sign works great. FYI, the sign has been running outdoors (but covered from moisture) in sub-zero temps during the Christmas season with no problems.

The media could not be loaded. Only difficulty ANYONE should have with this sign is the "how to program" part of you are the toss instructions aside and just figure it out type of person! However, if you use their video and watch it from the QR code it's sort of easy. There is a learning curve. Take the time and figure it out. Not every font will work or size font, or command that look right or flicker ect...100% recommend this sign as it's super versatile and on the app on your phone you can save signs and store them when not in use.Cool text is an amazing feature.I'm still learning but totally love this sign and it's ease of use from my phone.Sign is light and durable and you can hang it from zip ties if wanted from the sliding loops.

Don't waste your money buying this item. The link to download the software does not work. It was even confirmed to not work by 2 other people who tried to download it with no success. There is no support available. I had to return it and request a refund.

We received our 40x8 sign and, of course, I had to get in and play with it right away. Although I tried to follow the instructions in the rather sparse manual, I had trouble making the sign to work right away. The good trait of the manual is that it will connect your with HELP by simply going to their website or emailing them, which I did. I received an answer from Nichole within 24 hours and we started working on the sign and its setup. I have to admit it was a bit more than I was capable of doing, but once I returned email to Nichole, corrections began to happen. Although it took a while to get everything going right, She clearly knew what she was doing and had the patience and skill to figure out what the problem was and fix it. We used TeamViewer on my computer and I allowed her to control the system from her computer. The sign is a quality piece of equipment, simple in its design but well constructed and designed. It came with two hangers attached and a number of gadgets to hang it. Simplicity at its best. Well packed in foam with a thin plywood cover, the sign was well boxed. The combination of a quality sign and even better quality customer service makes this message board a real buy. We are going to purchase more from this company. A+++ for them

feel like giving it 5 stars for value, but its a bit hard to see in daytime, and the resolution is P10 as stated, so limits effectiveness for background animations. also the programming takes some time to get used to. overall ill likely buy a few more as it is an AMAZING value. im very impressed. commercial quality for sure.

The media could not be loaded. Great for the price.. do not leave on constant. However I did open unit up and wires and boards inside seem well made. I see no reason to not have years of use.. There are many light shows however they are all of Chinese events and character's.. I would only buy for custom use and no presets..

Awesome product when you can get it to work. Instructions are not good. There was updates and now i have to contact seller whenever i need to change it

I was hesitant because of some reviews but rolled the dice and I am so glad I did! I had it set up and running within an hour! Easy to use, and it functions very well and looks GREAT in the window of our church!
