I don’t want to run out of these?
My doctor told me about these. I had been taking ambien every few days. My son is a pharmacist and told me they can lead to early onset dementia. At 73 I sure didn’t want to take a chance so gave these a try. I literally went cold turkey successfully to get off the ambien! I still get up in the night to use the restroom but these work great! No grogginess or ambien or other sleep aid hangovers. I know it is expensive but I am willing to pay for a good night’s sleep!

Wonderful for a good night's sleep
So helpful for a good night's sleep.. I take two in the afternoon then two at dinner time. The difference between taking them and not taking them is like night and day in terms of my sleep.

Very powerful stuff! If you're taking any mental health medication, talk to your doctor fist.
Wow, got me back on track and still have quite a few left. Follow the directions to the T. Do not eat any protein 30 min before or after, otherwise it'll chain up with the other Amino acids!
