Bucilla Bath Felt Applique Ensemble Seat and Tank Cover Kit, 86164 Ho Ho Ho Santa

I just got around to opening this item and starting the project. It is sad as I received the sealed package and assumed everything was in the package. There is no one listed on amazon under this project to write to and see what i need to do to either pay for a printed gold color felt piece that is missing from the kit or how to obtain just the color printed felt piece missing. The gold felt held two presents and a bow. I learned a lesson don't order a head of time for a project to start later as in the kits it could be missing anything. I could just purchase a gold felt piece from a locale store here, however it will not be the same as I will have to attempt to cut it out and design it going by the photo. A lot of extra work. I wrote to Plaid Inc. by email and have not heard anything maybe it will work out will see.Received a email from plaid online that they would send a replacement felt and to allow 12-14 days for delivery. I hope so just at the point to sew on the item and have to await the piece. Will update at least they responded to my email. Kuddos to the company!Received the replacement on a Saturday! Thank you so much will order from a great company that takes care of its customers really good.

I was confused by the posting and did not realize that this is a DIY kit. It looks cute on the package, but skill and time are definitely required for this project. I would recommend this to my grandma, but not my friends.

Since the pictures did not indicate this item was FULL ASSEMBLY REQUIRED and I irresponsibly did not read the description, my disappointment was quickly turned into a great lesson of READ THE DESCRIPTION before making a purchase...my fault live and learn... maybe I'll get crafty and give it a try... BUT I DOUBT IT.

I have not started this one yet as I ordered 6 Bucilla items and they all arrived really promptly.You will become addicted as they are quick and fun to complete.Suitable for Adults or children (under supervision), I recommend them to all.
