Gentleman's Tipple Whisky Beard Oil 10ml

Very good, quality beard oil. Unfortunately it doesn't really smell of whisky, as the clove overpowers the entire mixture. It's still a very nice smelling oil, just not even close to whisky.

Normally I like Captain Fawcett's products, but I found this truly disappointing. Called 'The Gentleman's Tipple' on the bottle, you would expect that it would have a pleasant whisky-ish aroma. But no. Not a hint of it. I can only presume that the Gentleman in question had a toothache and was using oil of cloves as his tipple, because that's exactly what this product smells like. And not in a good way. It's really quite unpleasant. What's worse, unlike the lovely-smelling products which always seem to lose their aroma after a couple of hours, THIS smell lingers. Seriously, not even a hint of a proper 'tipple' aroma. I honestly can't recommend this unless you're specifically looking for a strong oil-of-cloves beard oil.
