I remember this book from when my children were little. Jack Prelutsky is so clever! I was excited to find this book again so I can share it with my grandchildren.

Another hit with the grandchildren! Another prelutsky fun to read aloud.

Good learning project

Did not like the book. Some of the poems had name calling In them I didn’t think it was suitable for my grand daughter.

大袈裟な言い方かもしれませんが、行事の一つに過ぎないのにこんなにも、人、モノ、状況、気持ち…様々なものが混じり合っているのかと思い知らされました。アメリカのバレンタインを見て、日本の七夕もこんな風にもっと楽しめるようになる良いなと思います。
