Bindi Kapha 8 oz

I like this product a lot. I am a Kapha body type. So, I tend to need products that create an energizing and warm type vibration. As I have gotten a little older, I do not like to be super cold. I live in an area that winters are cold with ice and snow. I have been studying Ayurvedic herbs of recent and decided to give this oil a try. Anyway, this oil does what it says, it warms and tingles. I happen to also love the smell of it as well. It makes me think of a herbal shop or metaphysical store. Just pure calm and pampering. I plan to reorder when I get low.

This oil has an almond oil base and contains several essential oils that make it smell divine. Its activity is said to be energizing, as that is what the Kapha body type needs. (Your body type is determined by an Ayurveda practitioner.) Honestly, I don't think it energizes me, but it does keep my unusually dry skin smooth and moist when used as directed by my practitioner. I plan to try plain almond massage oil next time to see if I get the same results. Plain oil costs less than half as much. (In my opinion, this product is quite expensive.) If plain oil works just as well, I think I will add some essential oils to it myself. Although some of the oils in this product are not easily available, I will use what I can find. I will try to update this report later once I do my experiment.

This oil is the perfect “palate cleanser” — light with a wonderful scent.

I absolutely love this body oil for massage and for daily moisturizing routine. It's light and natural. The scent is crisp and refreshing. I am a big fan of no chemicals!

I use this product as part of my regular abhyanga practice. It is warming and fragrant which helps balance my kapha nature. I will continue to use this product and will purchase more in the future.
