Using tiny brushes for portrait class. I have always used big brushes so this is interesting. I like them.

New to watercolor painting & randomly picked it up recently. Quarter life crisis management or something, whatever. Painting is really a relaxing hobby & it can be as expensive or cheap as you want it to be. I bought these because I felt like it was a really great bang-for-your buck deal & it is! The bristles hold up really well & I don't feel like I need to buy any other brushes for the time being (again, totally a n00b, so don't spend too much on expensive brushes when you just need 3-4 to paint what you want).My only complaint is how cheaply the paint is on the wooden handles. The style of these brushes is quite beautiful & I love the shade of blue, but three of my brushes have seen chipped paint off the brushes, which makes my whole set look really worn in when I've only had it for a month. Only time & use will tell how long it'll take for the rest of the brushes to follow suit.Anyway, 9/10 would recommend to any beginner watercolor artist!

The brushes were perfect for my art project. The price was right and the variety was great.

The fan brush straight up sucks. Everything else was good and they really are good brushes, other than that.
