My wife and I love this mat. It is a perfect size for pies, cookies, etc. It is great quality and sticks well to surfaces so it does not move around as you work. It is crazy easy to clean. The design is helpful regarding sizing what you are rolling out or cutting. It rolls up easily for storage. Highly recommended.

I originally bought this for my sourdough bread processing. I was really happy to read I can also use cookie cutters on it too. This is very easy to use and non-slip, easy to clean. I love using it, nice and easy and stores away nice too.

This is such a great mat, it is massive, and I have used it so many times in the short amount of time I have used it. It has helped me measure around round scones and other pastries. I have had no staining or overly sticky dough getting stuck. It is easy to wash and rolls up, and I put a hair tie around it to keep it rolled up and stored.

Love the non stick, works great , just not sure how they say dishwasher safe ... You would need a really large dishwasher to wash it without folding it in half

I have wanted a mat like this for a long time. I love, love, love this! It is huge and works great when I am making English muffins. Has a ton of room to form all of my muffins before I cook them. I also use it for kneading bread, rolling out pizza dough (I can't throw the dough). Easy to clean, thick and sticky enough to stay in place on the counter.

I bought this mat Dec 16, 2022. This mat is by far one of the best purchases I have made off of Amazon. The mat is super easy to use. It has terrific grip and stays in place while rolling out basically anything you are making. I have made tons of different types of dough on this mat. The measuring rings are perfect for pizza crusts, pie crusts, biscuits etc. My mat still looks brand new. There is not even a scratch on it. I highly suggest to never use sharp knives or dough cutters on it. Make sure to always wipe off when done. After I am done with my mat I take a dry paper towel and wipe off whatever I can. If I was only using flour it’s usually clean and I roll up and store. If I was using sticky fillings or meat fillings I take the extra step and sponge off with soapy water, pat dry, then let it sit for 10ish minutes, roll up and store. If you have a home that is small and do not have a place to roll dough, this mat is the only mat for you. You can even put boards on your floor then this mat and roll out dough. This mat would be perfect for school projects, especially if making or playing with play dough. This is a perfect holiday gift for any of your baker friends. I frequently link this mat to my friends and family who are in search of a mat. I would love to try out some of the other sizes to see how it compares to the xxl. The mat is huge but that is okay. On my small countertop I let it go up the side wall so that way I don’t get flour everywhere. It’s so sturdy and never falls down. I can fully let it down on my island no problem. This mat is for every household big or small. You don’t need to do anymore research if you are reading this review. I am an avid researcher and I take time to figure out best options. Again, this is one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon. You can’t beat the durability of this mat with anyone else.

I noticed that a lot of bakers online have some kind of surface on top of their work bench or counter. I tried a smaller silicone mat and thought it worked well - easier to work dough and easier to clean up. I wanted a larger mat and found this one. It seems to be high quality and the price was great. In the warm weather it will be great for cooking outside where I can put it on top of a wooden table. Think pizza making.
