I have been finding difficulty sleeping. I found this product in Amazon and red comments and ordered one. Got it very next day and took one tablet at 10 and felt sleet at around 11 and went to bed at 11:30 and slept way. Not sure avout side effect and days ahead.

Not sure why people have given bad reviews. Works pretty well for me. Great stuff and great company! Nice to see they take an effort to sell clean supplements and minimize fillers and preservatives

It effected me well. Divide to half , that is 1mg along with Magnesium Glycinate. 5th day I stopped using Melatonin and continued MgGly. Good result. My sleep is becoming normal

No complaints. It does its job. Nice packaging too. I personally didn't find any side effects since I've been using melatonin from a few months. (the first time I used melatonin, I had a headache the next morning. That's it.)

The product will not give you the results that your prescription wala Melatonin will provide you, but this is not bad when you consider you can buy this from Amazon without troubling your doctor. You should, however, cycle this as the effect will go down if you are having this regularly- more than 14 days in a row. Use it smartly.

2mg melatonin is a good starting point for people struggling to get deep sleep. These are not sleeping pills and will not function like that either. One thing I noticed with melatonin is that I have to take it 2-3 hours before I go to sleep for this to work. If I take it 30 mins - 1 hr before sleeping it gives me extremely vivid strange dreams that are often difficult to wake up from. Melatonin is safe to consume but you must use it properly.

It has 125 capsules, I bought 3 mg capsules for my father having insomnia, works very good, produces good quality and deep sleep, go for it, it takes about 1.5 -2 hrs minimum to work, so take it accordingly.
